Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 5, 2025

At Sticker Phantom, everything we make is custom-printed just for you, based on your design, specs, and choices. Because of that, we’re unable to offer returns or refunds on most orders. But if something goes wrong on our end, we’ll make it right.


All Sales Are Final

Since every sticker, label, and print we make is made-to-order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Incorrect size, finish, or design selected during checkout

  • Typos, low-resolution files, or design issues submitted by the customer

  • General dissatisfaction with a correctly produced product

Please double-check your files, size, and finish choices before placing your order.


If We Mess Up, We’ll Fix It

We stand by our work. If there’s a manufacturing defect or production error, we’ll reprint the affected items at no charge. This includes:

  • Major cutting/misalignment issues

  • Obvious printing errors

  • Wrong material, size, or quantity from what you ordered

  • Damage during production or packing


How to Report an Issue

If you believe there’s a mistake with your order:

  1. Email us at info@stickerphantom.com within 7 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue

  3. Attach clear photos showing the problem (this helps us assess quickly)

We’ll review your message and get back to you as fast as possible. If we confirm a production error, we’ll issue a free reprint of the affected items. In some cases, we may offer a partial refund or discount at our discretion.


Proof Approval Reminder

For custom artwork, we often send digital proofs for approval before printing. Once a proof is approved:

  • The design, layout, and content are considered final

  • We cannot issue refunds for errors approved in the proof


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for:

  • Packages lost or delayed by USPS, UPS, or other carriers

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

We’ll help file claims where possible, but please double-check your address before submitting your order.
