What is the turn around time?

Standard: We usually get all orders done without a rush in 3 business days, depending on the order size. This 3 days is considered by the hour placed. Turnaround depends on the product, quantity, artwork approval, and current production schedule.

Rush Added to order: 24 hours during business days. Order at 4pm one day, get it by 4pm the next business day!

Rush is also depentent on order size.

The production timeline begins after payment is complete and all artwork questions or proof approvals have been resolved. Automatic approval on the website is the fastest way to get right to print.
What is the minimum order?

Our minimum order is 50 per design on Stickers, Sheet Labels and Economy Paper Labels and 200qty on Premium Roll Labels. This allows us to produce professional-quality products while keeping the price per piece reasonable.
Are your stickers waterproof?

Our standard laminated vinyl stickers are designed to handle water, weather, and normal outdoor use! Economy Paper Labels however, are not.

The exact lifespan can vary depending on surface preparation, sun exposure, abrasion, chemicals, and how the sticker is used.
What are the differences in finishes?

Gloss has a shiny, vibrant finish that makes colors appear bold and saturated.

Matte has a smoother, lower-glare appearance with a more subtle, modern feel.

Glitter has a shiny finish with slight metallic, not really glitter. It adds metal flake in the laminate layer for a cool effect.
Can your stickers be used on cars, tumblers, windows or equipment?

Yes. Our laminated vinyl stickers work well on many clean, smooth surfaces, including vehicles, windows, laptops, tumblers, coolers, and equipment. DISHWASHER SAFE, for the most part and a good handful of washes!

For the strongest bond, apply stickers to a clean, dry surface and allow the adhesive time to set before washing or heavy use.

What is the difference between Stickers and Labels?

Stickers are typically individually cut and are ideal for giveaways, packaging inserts, laptops, vehicles, and promotional use.

Labels are usually supplied on rolls or sheets and are designed for faster application to products, bottles, boxes, bags, and packaging.

Do not use labels as stickers if you want them to last!
Are any purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns on our items as they are custom made. If you approved the proof and the order was started, we cannot offer a refund.
When will I get my order?

Typically most orders are out the door in 3 business days. Shipping time can vary between 1-5 business days. We do have rush options when ordering. We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured right here in Oklahoma! We also source our base material from US Manufacturers only! No cutting corners here!
How can I reorder something you've printed before?

Yes! Check your shopify cart after loging into our website with the email you placed the previous order with. Locate the order and use the repurchase options. If you cannot locate the order, don't have your artwork or something isnt working, visit our Reorder Your Stickers Page

Artwork & Printing Specs
What type of file should I upload?

Vector files such as AI, EPS, SVG, or print-ready PDF files usually provide the best results.

High-resolution PNG, PSD, or JPEG files may also work. Upload the best-quality version you have, but we will contact you if there is a problem.

If our builder gives you issues, just select Manual Proof instead of approving. This alerts us that we need to assist you, don't forget to leave a comment!

If you approve, we print it!
Can you make art changes or new art?

We primarily print customer-provided artwork, but limited design and artwork assistance may be available if it relates to setup and NOT design work.

Contact us with your project details before ordering if you need a new design, major changes, or artwork recreated.

Please do not place an order, and hope we can make artwork changes :)
Will colors on my screen match my stickers?

Screens display color using light and RGB colors, while printed products use ink and CMYK colors. Because of this, printed colors may vary slightly from what you see on a phone or computer monitor.

For projects requiring especially precise color matching, contact us before ordering.
Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
Can I send you my artwork and you build the order for me?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Pickup, Shipping and Turnaround
Can I pick up my order locally?

YES! If you are local, we recommend it! Local pickup is available at our Edmond, Oklahoma storefront. Check google hours prior to traveling in!

Choose local pickup during checkout, and we will notify you when the order is ready.
Can I walk in and place an order?

You are welcome to visit us, but custom orders still require artwork, specifications, and payment before production. We will still walk you through our online ordering system.

Placing the order through our website is usually the fastest and most accurate way to get your project into production.

Do you offer rush production?

Yes! We offer a 24 hour rush option fee when you first start placing your order in the order details screen. If your order requires shipping, we have a rush shipping options as well.


Rush production may be available depending on our current workload, materials, and the size of the order.
How much does shipping cost?

FREE! We offer free shipping on all orders, but no guaranteed shipping service turn around.

If the order requires special shipping, we may need to arrange that.

HELP ITS IMPORTANT
Your website isn't doing what I need!

We get it, we do! Our website is for proofing and setup, NOT artwork. That is why we have that cool feature that says "I Need a Manual Proof", which tells us something isn't working and you need help. Leave a comment and we can fix it.

If you have questions prior to order, reach out, we can walk you through it!

My order is messed up!

Oh No! Gather your approval that you approved and what wasn't correct, reach out to us and we will surely work on a solution! Don't worry, we got you!
Can you do just one!?

Sadly...no. We use large materials, batches and it takes time just to turn these machines on! In honesty, it takes the same time to print 1 as it does 100! We are sorry that we have minimums but we have to stick to the posted minimums.

I need something other than Stickers and Labels!

At this time, we cannot offer anything but our posted services. Stickers and Labels only. No artwork, no car wraps, no large format, just good ol stickers and labels!
