Terms & Conditions

Welcome to www.stickerphantom.com. By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our site and services and form a legal agreement between you (“you” or “the customer”) and Atlas Business Group, LLC DBA Sticker Phantom (“Sticker Phantom,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Ordering & Payment

By placing an order with Sticker Phantom, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate billing and shipping information

  • Ensure you have the rights to use any artwork or designs submitted

  • Pay all charges for the products and services purchased, including taxes and shipping

Accepted payment methods: Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

Orders are not processed until payment is received. Custom products are non-refundable once production begins.

2. Custom Artwork & Proofs

You are responsible for uploading correctly formatted artwork unless we’ve agreed to provide design services. We may send proof files for your approval before production.

By approving a proof, you confirm that:

  • All artwork, spelling, and sizing are correct

  • You accept the final product based on the approved design

Once approved, no changes can be made.

3. Shipping & Turnaround Times

We aim to produce orders quickly, but turnaround times may vary depending on product type, volume, and season. Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Sticker Phantom is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS)

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged packages after shipment

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

If your package is lost or delayed, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

4. Returns, Refunds & Reprints

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds unless there is a defect or production error on our part.

To qualify for a reprint:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • You must provide photo evidence of the issue

  • The error must be the result of a mistake in printing, cutting, or materials—not in the file/artwork provided

We reserve the right to determine whether a reprint, refund, or discount is appropriate.

5. Use of Artwork & User Content

You retain ownership of your artwork, but by submitting it to Sticker Phantom, you grant us the right to:

  • Print your design solely for your order

  • Display your printed product in marketing materials or on our website (unless you request otherwise)

We reserve the right to reject any content that is offensive, hateful, infringing, or violates our policies.

6. Account Access & Responsibilities

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure. You agree not to share your account or use it for unauthorized purposes.

You may delete your account at any time or request data removal by contacting info@stickerphantom.com.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including logos, product names, photos, graphics, and copy—is the property of Sticker Phantom and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sticker Phantom is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or services

  • Customer errors in submitted artwork or order details

  • Delays caused by third-party services

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of your order.

9. Privacy Policy

Use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Oklahoma County, OK.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the site constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
